Return & Refund Policy

We offer three types of returns; Replacement, Refunds, Store Credit.

Our goal is to make the customer experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible, so please always exercise patience when making inquiries.

  • REPLACEMENT: Products are eligible for a replacement if you received the wrong Product or defective products / non useable or functioning product. (Each replacemnt is evaluated on a case by case basis)
  • To initiate a replacement, please send an email to COACHFEDI@itrackandfield.com with the order number and reason for wanting to replace the product.
  • Please note: A Replacement will be initiated when the Carrier has notified us that defective product has been shipped by customer using our return label.
  • Please note: We do not offer replacements on personalized items. Please email or contact us if you encounter any issues with a personalized product. Our customer service representative will handle your inquiry.

 

  • RETURN: To be eligible for return, item purchased should be returned with 15 days after receiving the item. Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

    No refunds are available on personalized items. *Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.

    • If an error is made on a personalized item, we ware happy to resolve it. Please note each inquiry will be handled on a case by case basis.
    • Partial refunds will be given for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing any parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • To initiate return, please send an email to COACHFEDI@itrackandfield.com with the order number and reason for returning the product.
  • REFUNDS:
    • Products are eligible for a refunds if you decide you don’t want the item(s) within 15 days after receiving the item. Returned products must be unused, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR SHOWS SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR.
    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used to purchase the product excluding the return label shipping fee.
    • Refunds take 3-5 business days after initiated.
  • INTERNATIONAL REFUND: Products are eligible for refunds within 15 business days once they meet the above return policy. When we receive your return, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method and in the same currency and exchange rate as your original order. The Return Label Fee for all International orders is $15 USD which will be deducted from your refund.
  • STORE CREDIT: Products are eligible for a store credit after multiple return requests for the same products. Returned products must be unused and subject to review.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. (UNLESS YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT)

All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.

Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by ITRACKANDFIELD. We reserve the right to deny store credit on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a store credit and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
