Shipping Policy:

General:

What shipping methods do you offer? 

  1. We offer free shipping using USPS Standard shipping: 5 business days for customer in the US.
  2. We offer paid international shipping using DHL Express.
  3. Customers in the US also have access to USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Shipping fees will depend on your Zip code. 
    What are the estimated delivery times for each method? 
    Every product is custom made for you when an order is placed. This manufacturing process takes about 2-3 business days. After your order is fulfilled, approximate shipping times are as follows:
    United States: 2-8 business days.
    Canada: 3-4 business days.
    Europe: 3-4 business days.
    Rest of the World: 3-4 business days.
    Do you offer free shipping, if not what is the shipping cost? 
    We offer free shipping within the US only.
    Do you offer expedited shipping?
    We encourage you to pay for shipping on orders that need to be expedited. Please note that processing time for expedited orders remain 2-3 business days. For time sensitive orders, please send an email to (coachfedi@itrackandfield.com) and make your request(We always try to accommodate customers requests whenever we can.) . 
    To which countries do you ship?
    We ship to all countries around the world. 
    Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
    Yes, we do.
    Can I combine orders for shipping?
    Yes, you can.
    Can I personalize my orders?
    Yes, items that can be personalized, have the personalization option when placing the order.
    What happens when there is a personalization error?
    Please send an email notifying us of the error, a return label will be sent for the item to be returned, corrected and reshipped. All incurred cost during this process will be handled by the company. (Please note: Each order is handled on a case by case basis.)
    Can I return a personalized product?
    Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.
    Order Processing:

    How long does it take to process my order before it ships?

    It takes 2-3 business days to process an order with no extension. However, bulk orders may take longer.

      Does my item(s) ship immediately or 1 day after it is placed?

      No, your item(s) are shipped 2-3 days after it is placed. However, there are exceptions where the order could be fulfilled sooner. 

      Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

      Yes, orders can be changed or cancelled within 48hours after it is placed. Please contact customer service via email (coachfedi@itrackandfield.com to cancel or change an order.

        How can I track my order? 

        Once an order ships, a tracking number is attached to the email notification, please click the link in the email notification received to track your order.

        What do I do if I'm unable to track my order?

        If your are unable to track your order, please email customer service (coachfedi@itrackandfield.com) with your order number and you will be assisted.

          International Shipping:
          Are there any additional fees or duties for international orders?
          Yes, your country may charge additional VAT or duties on all international orders.
          What is your return policy for international orders?
          Product that meet the international return policy will be eligible for return and/or refund. Please click here to check for eligibility.

            Can I return a defective product?

            Yes, defective product(s) can be returned within 15 days after receiving the item for a new one. Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Click here for more information.
