Bulk Order FAQ
What is the minimum order quantity?
Bulk pricing typically kicks in at 6+ units of the same item. Smaller orders are absolutely welcome — we'll just quote them at standard pricing.
How long does a team order take?
Most orders ship within 2-3 weeks of final design approval. Rush production is available — let us know your event date in the quote form and we'll work backward from there.
Can we order different designs in a Bulk order?
Yes, One Bulk order can contain several Backpack designs for different Track and Field events.
What can be customized?
Team name, athlete names and numbers, school or club logo, event-specific designs (sprint, distance, throws, jumps, multi-event), and color matching to your program. We'll guide you through the options during your free design consultation.
Do you offer payment plans or invoicing for schools and clubs?
Yes. We accept purchase orders, school district invoicing, and Cheques. Mention it in your quote request and we'll set it up.
Can I see a mockup before I commit?
Always. Every team order includes free digital mockups and unlimited revisions until you approve. No production starts until you sign off.
What shipping options do you offer for team orders?
Team orders ship together in one consolidated package so coaches can distribute at practice. Expedited shipping is available — flag it on your quote request.
